Final thoughts

Know what you want!

Many people think a college education is a good idea. After all, we have been told from a very young age that college is the key to success.

However, many people start a college education, but do not finish it!

I believe it is because they did not have a good reason to start with.

You must have a good reason before you invest in an education.

I did not have a strong reason!

If you have listened to my story, you know that I went to university straight out of high school. But I dropped out of college after only one year.

The reason is I did not have a strong reason to invest all of the time and effort it takes to earn a degree.

Don’t make the same mistake I did!

I don’t want you to make the same mistake. That is why I am offering to you this free email course on discovering the ‘what’ and ‘why’ of going to college. It is important that you know exactly what it is you want to do with an education, and why.

Without a strong ‘why’, you may find yourself in the same situation as I was many years ago, and dropping out.

Don’t let that happen to you! Spend the next several days exploring your reasons for going to college, and then set your goals to a brighter future.

Your Instructor

Jim has been teaching college students for over 10 years. He has taught 1000’s of students at three regionally accredited universities. His passion is to help adult students who are entering college for the first time or returning to college develop the skills and strategies to be a successful online college student.

Here are a few questions I am asked about this course

Why do you offer this valuable course for free?

As an instructor, it is frustrating to see so many students who don’t know what they want from an education. They know it’s a good idea, but they have not thought it through and set any goals.

Then, when things get difficult or they fall behind, many students quit because they do not have the motivation to work through the setback and persevere. Having clear goals helps to provide the motivation to work through obstacles and earn a degree.

We want to help students understand their goals so that they can persevere, graduate, and accomplish great things!

How long do I have access to this course?

When you begin the course, you will have immediate access to each lesson. As I mentioned above, it is important to take your time going through the course, so I suggest to one lesson each day over the course of 8 days.

When does the course start and finish?

The idea is to spend one day focusing on each lesson. After the 8 days, you can choose to do the lessons at any pace you wish. One per day or all at once, it is completely up to you.
